These terms apply to your use of PdfCraft Online at https://pdfcraftonline.app, an independent service operated from Germany. By using the site you agree to them. Contact: support@pdfcraftonline.app.
PdfCraft Online lets you use the open-source PdfCraft word processor in your browser, free of charge. Creating an account is optional.
PdfCraft Online is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by the ArtCraft team or Microsoft. PdfCraft is licensed under MIT or Apache-2.0; see our licenses page.
PdfCraft and our quick PDF tools are young software. Complex PDFs — for example with forms, digital signatures, encryption or unusual fonts — may not be preserved exactly when you save a new file. Always keep a copy of your original files. We are not responsible for lost or altered document content.
Your documents remain yours. They are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for the documents you create and for complying with the law when you use the service.
Keep your login details safe and give accurate information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example through automated sign-ups or attempts to disrupt it. You can delete your account at any time.
All current features are free. If we introduce optional paid features such as AI tools, their prices and terms will be shown before you buy.
We provide the service "as is" and may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new date.
