Open an XLSX sales workbook with several sheets, select the Sales sheet, and use landscape A4. Saved currency values and merged headings become a paginated PDF table. Select the next sheet to create another PDF; combine the PDFs with Merge PDF if needed.

What the table conversion preserves

Numbers use saved cell number formats, including common currencies, percentages and dates. Horizontal and vertical merged cells, relative column widths, basic alignment and explicit cell fill/text colors are retained. Long cell text wraps; rows and merged blocks paginate together.

The PDF uses a standard font and grid, with a worksheet title and page numbers. This is not an exact recreation of Excel print output: custom fonts, original border styles, theme colors, conditional formatting and rich-text runs are simplified. Unicode text uses our local regular-weight font.

Check formula results before converting

This tool reads stored formula results and never recalculates formulas, runs macros or opens external links. Recalculate and save in Excel or LibreOffice before conversion so stored results are current.

A worksheet with a formula that has no saved result is blocked with an explanation. Empty worksheets cannot be exported. Other valid visible sheets in the same workbook remain available.

Supported files and limits

XLSX only. Legacy .xls, .xlsm, encrypted workbooks, charts, images and macros are not supported. Hidden worksheets, rows and columns are omitted. Excel print areas, page breaks, headers/footers and scaling settings are not used.
One worksheet per PDF. Select another worksheet for a separate download. The preview shows the first eight visible rows and is a data check, not a PDF layout preview.
Maximum 10 MB input, 50 MB declared ZIP expansion and 20 visible worksheets. Each sheet: 1,000 rows, 30 columns, 10,000 visible cells, 200,000 characters total and 3,000 per cell. Output: 100 pages / 10 MB.
Tables scale down to fit the selected page width, with a minimum 7 pt font. Very wide tables, cells or merged blocks taller than a page, and merges crossing hidden rows/columns are rejected rather than silently clipped.
Chinese and English text are supported; missing glyphs cause an explicit error. Chinese text may require a cached 6 MB local font download on first conversion. Please inspect the PDF before sharing it.
